Dani Clingman-Lenz
Toddler Teacher
Dani brings over a decade of experience working with young children, along with a deep passion for supporting parents as they navigate the many stages of parenthood. She approaches her work with a genuine respect for young children, combining her profound knowledge of child development with highly effective strategies for child guidance. Dani holds MACTE certification for teaching Montessori from birth to age three, with a focus on infant and toddler classes.
Outside of her teaching role, Dani’s world is full of family and animals. She has three grown sons and a young daughter who keeps her busy with school activities and a variety of hobbies. Dani is an active volunteer at her daughter’s school and often finds herself on the go, chauffeuring her daughter to her many activities.
Dani enjoys spending time with her three dogs, two cats, and six rabbits. Long walks and doggie playdates are part of her routine. When she's not caring for her pets, Dani finds joy in gardening, particularly in growing unique varieties of pumpkins, which fuel her love for the fall season.
Nelly Garibaldo
Waddler Teacher
With over five years of experience working with preschool-aged children, Nelly thrives in early childhood education. She finds great joy in witnessing children’s curiosity and development as they explore the world around them. Nelly is excited to bring her enthusiasm for teaching through play to the Co-op community. You can expect plenty of creativity, hands-on learning, and engaging interactions, including the fun introduction of Spanish songs and finger-plays, something she’s eager to share with your little ones!
Nelly is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education at WSU, bringing fresh knowledge and passion into the classroom. She’s also a dedicated mom to an energetic and loving five-year-old, who inspires her every day. When Nelly isn’t immersed in her studies or enjoying precious moments with her son, she’s likely indulging in her love of books or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen.
Jessica Sanchez
Cuddler Teacher
Jessica’s journey with co-op began in 2022 when she enrolled her 10-month-old daughter, igniting a deep passion for the community and its approach to learning. With her extensive Montessori background, Jessica is thrilled to be bringing her expertise to the infant class this year. She is a MACTE-certified Montessori educator, having completed her training at the Montessori Institute of New England, specializing in children from birth to age three.
Over the years, Jessica has worn many hats in the educational world, starting as an associate teacher and working her way up to becoming the director of a childcare center. Her broad experience brings a unique blend of knowledge and leadership to her classroom.
Outside of teaching, Jessica cherishes her time with her daughter, husband, and their beloved dog. Whether she’s enjoying the tranquility of the beach or the adventure of the mountains, Jessica values nature as much as she does her time at home in Richland. There, you’ll often find her cooking, relaxing, and making memories with her family and loved ones.
